Awareness is the fruit of experience. Meaning, to experience is to go through an experience in order for such experience to birth fruits of awareness, thereby expanding ones consciousness.
All experiences are valid, all experiences are part of are existence, which means there is something to gain from all experiences. One can take an experience as bad, but that is only one perspective, something good can always be garnered from an experience. It's all about how you view it from your current point of view. If your current point of view lacks perspective. Then the best way to bring out something from that lack is to meditate on such experience.
When you meditate on an experience, this allows you to become aware of what you weren't aware of during such experience, you will gain insight and perspectives you didn't have before. This is how you bring out something from what was previously a lack of.
To lack awareness is to suffer, you suffer because there is a lack of perspective, and so you didn't see what was there that caused such suffering. All suffering invariably comes from a lack of. Whenever it be ones lack of perspective of oneself, ones lack awareness of others, or ones lack of inner work.
It is important to do inner work on yourself. That means spending time by yourself, letting your mind become still, and becoming aware of ones subconscious self. This is where meditation comes in. Meditation is about becoming still in mind, body, and soul. When you align these three aspects of being, you enter your subconscious. This is where the bulk of your you lies. The very makeup of your DNA lies in your subconscious. What I mean by this is every experience you've ever had, in every past life, all lives in the subconscious. It lives in your subconscious as a living library that is ever exchanging ideas, sequences of everyday life, and internal dialogues gone unnoticed.
This is where your true you is, and to gain awareness, means to connect with this true you. There is great power in that. To know oneself is to become a master of ones being. And when you master your being, you become the arbiter of your own destiny. You wield a powerful invisible sword of fate that you have the power to grasp and call fourth.
That is awareness, to be aware, is to see. See with the invisible eye what is not normally seen. Gain insight into the unconscious. Become one with what one wasn't conscious of. And that is existence itself.
Source or god is everything and is all. The more aware you become the closer you get to source. But it isn't just source, it's you, your higher self. The you at the highest level of existence. The you in all places, of all dimensions, of time and space intertwined.
I thank you for reading this message. May it find you well and in good spirits. I send you my love and many blessings with the healing energy of source and all it's unconditional love.
